Ethics in the professional sphere can get sticky — one way we try to bring ethics to life is by using company culture quotes to emphasis our values. XS, Inc. (Novareté’s parent company) maintains six simple company values to communicate exactly what is expected of employees, cutting out the ominous gray areas in ethics. Those values are: Work Hard, Stay Sharp, Dream Big, Play Fair, Speak Out, and Have Fun.

 

 

How do we emphasize these company culture quotes? Novareté of course. However, we don’t stop there. Walk into our office and you’ll find banners hanging from the ceiling, pictures of our employees on the wall, and a whiteboard spanning the outer wall of our largest conference room. Employees are encouraged to add quotes that have touched them or taught them, personally or professionally. It is crammed with quotes meant to inspire and remind us of these values on a daily basis.
