Schedule Your Implementation Team Kick Off Discussion 

Wahoo – It’s time for our kick-off meeting! We will use this time to learn more about your company goals and talk through how Novareté can come along side your efforts in engaging and aligning your employees. We will work with you on brainstorming ways you can use Novareté to meet those goals and how to use Novareté to better communicate. It is important that all of your Implementation Team attends this meeting; it should take about an hour.

Additionally, we find it helpful if everyone on the Implementation Team reviews the Novareté Jump Start before the meeting. This helps each person begin to brainstorm how Novareté can be used for their benefit and the company’s.
