I love these definitions of contribute from Webster’s Dictionary because they exemplify how employee engagement is built – through contributions. It is through employees giving (time, effort, information) and being engaged that cause something (company chemistry) to happen. A healthy culture is founded upon the contributions of its individuals and that is the foundation that Novareté’s Contributions page is founded on.
